A celebration prize!

Marching band season is officially over, I can walk on my sprained foot, and I'm knitting once again. To celebrate all these improvements in my life (although I'm starting to be a little sad about the end of marching band since my daughter graduates this spring), I am giving away this fun, funky pin I found at a local craft fair. If you'd like to be in the running to win it, leave a comment on this post. I'll generate a random number on Monday, Nov. 26th (after the Thanksgiving turkey is fully digested) and let you know who won.

Hope everyone has a Thanksgiving with many blessings to count!

Hey, we have children that are the same age! My son is just beginning his last wrestling season, but I know I will have mixed emotions when the season is over. This is a beautiful pin...any one of us would be extremely lucky to win!

I'd love to win this prize--it would be the PERFECT holiday gift for a wonderful friend. She always has the most unusual, artistic jewelry. I'd love to surprise her with this!

Holly, the company who made the pin is "Such a Hoot", email: suchahoot@juno.com. Phone: 518-754-1036. I'm sure they'd have more knitting pins although I think each one is a little different.

Glad that you are able to get up on the foot again. It is so sad that they grow up so fast.

I know what you mean about the end of an activity=growing up. My kids are in college and I still miss their youth soccer games on Saturday mornings. :-)
